Start with a conversation about your current situation
If you have an idea for a new direction, a technology or product that needs a route to market, or a sense that the business has untapped potential, one meeting is usually enough to see whether there is a workable project.
In the first meeting
We will review where the company is today, what needs to change, what resources are already available, what is missing and what result is worth targeting.
If I see a viable task, I will suggest a possible format and next steps. If I believe my involvement is unnecessary or the chosen direction does not make business sense, I will say so directly.
