15+ years in business development
I work best where there is no ready-made answer
The task is to find the opportunity, define the product or direction, validate the economics, assemble the team and build something that works.

Professional logic
Different industries, the same core challenge
For more than 15 years I have worked in business development, launching new directions and building commercial models for complex products.
During that time I have worked with industrial companies, medical technology, international projects, digital products and the oil and gas sector.
I have built companies and manufacturing operations from scratch, managed an industrial business, created sales teams and dealer networks, launched businesses in other countries and developed projects for major corporate customers.
Business development is broader than sales
My experience includes manufacturing, P&L, team leadership, operational efficiency, international trade, distribution, partnership models, licensing, certification, localisation and company creation.
I managed a manufacturing company where revenue grew by 115%, output increased 1.8x without additional headcount, and the business was then prepared for sale after the target performance was achieved.
I built medical-device manufacturing operations in Germany and Estonia, designed the legal and operating structure after 2022, and built an international team and commercial infrastructure.
I launched new directions inside large industrial companies, from identifying the market opportunity and developing the product through production, field trials, certification and contracting.
I work at the intersection of technology and business
I have both engineering and economics degrees from St Petersburg State Marine Technical University. That combination has shaped my professional approach.
I can get into the detail of a complex technical product and work with engineers and production teams, while always viewing the project through the market, economics and commercial outcome.
Five questions matter to me
- Who actually needs the technology?
- What problem does it solve?
- What economic impact does it create?
- What is required to produce and scale it?
- What is the route from a technical idea to a real contract?
Experience across industries is an advantage
Several times in my career I entered a new industry and built a new direction in it. In medical technology, sales grew 12x in three years. In an international project, companies and manufacturing operations were launched in Germany and Estonia, and the sales team reached 300% of its target in the first three months.
In oil and gas, I moved from launching a new direction inside an industrial company to building an industry project office.
My main capability is therefore not knowledge of one specific industry. It is the ability to understand a new business or product quickly, find its commercial potential and build a working growth model.
International experience
I have built and developed businesses in Russia and Europe and worked across the CIS, EU, US and Asian markets with international manufacturers, distributors and partners.
For me, international development is not just export sales. It includes legal structure, manufacturing, team, logistics, local partners, distribution, tax, customs and the operating model in another country.

Today
Today I work with business owners, executives, manufacturers, developers and entrepreneurs. Some projects are in large industrial B2B and oil and gas. Others start much earlier, with the search for a new growth opportunity, product idea or business model.
It matters to me to stay inside real projects where ideas are tested by the market, decisions turn into action and the quality of the work is measured by results.
